NRD Building Services are embarking on a Blaenau Gwent introduction for 2012, our last project was in 2009 at Atlee way for Tredegar Communities First partnership, Flying start and of course Blaunae gwent council, we refurbished 91-93 Atlee way into a Youth project building, complete with meeting rooms, function room and full DDA disabled facilities, a lovely project in conjuntion with Mike Jones for Comminities First and the Tredegar development trust, Trevor Keyse Surveyor with BG council and David Williamd of DWE eterprises Artchitect from Splott in Cardiff - A great Team. NRD Building Services H/Q are strategically placed at CF82, directly between Cardiff, Bewport and the Valleys. Recently carried works out at Bonvilston, Barry Island, Radyr, Hengoed, Bargoed,Blackwood. We are currently completing a retail shop conversion to a VETS practice at Cardiff Road Dinas powys, Fire protection works, suspendedc eilings, new walls and lay out to drainahe layout to take all thre new sinks. We have also build a new Disabled WC complete with Doc M pack etc. The VETS can be located via FACEBOOK 'Dinas VETS'
Our up and coming projects are a multiple extension at Grover Feilds in abercynon just off the A470, again a full range of trade disciplins required; roofer, bricklayer,Plasterer, Floorlayer, tiler and heating engineer, Myself :o) The Project manager, I oversee all worlk and laise with Building control. attend meetings, estimate, survey etc. Mr Rosser from Heol Uchaf Hengoed wants us back to construcy and oveberbuild over an existing extrension, 2 ensuite bedrooms, be lovely for his 2 poorly grand children, a lovely fellow.
